Custom Orders

• Final sale: All custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
• Exceptions: Returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a production issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• What to do: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include photos and order details

• Resolution: Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Custom Items

• Eligibility: Non-custom items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Refund Processing

• Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Changes

• No changes after start: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
